Returns Policy

 

We hope you enjoy your Pretty Girlz Roc purchased items. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return and/or exchange an item(s) for a refund you have within 30 days of when your order was placed to do so.

NOTE: All sales are FINAL for item(s) with ending prices of $.00 & .99, and cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged.

A refund will not be issued until we've received your returned package and/or exchanged item(s). Please return your item(s) back in agreement with our return policy guidelines below:

  • Item(s) must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
  • Item(s) must be free of deodorant, fragrances, make-up, stains.
  • Bodysuits, intimate apparel, swimwear, and some active & fitness wear that are considered undergarments are non-refundable & non-returnable.
  • Accessories, beauty products, and cosmetics are non-refundable & non-returnable. 
  • Pretty Girlz Roc reserves the right to add a 35% fee for re-stocking your returned FINAL SALE item(s).
  • All returns are processed within 6-8 business days after receiving your item(s).
  • Pretty Girlz Roc will not provide prepaid return labels; covering the shipping fee for your return will be your responsibility, and must be prepaid.
  • Damage, defected, incorrect and/or missing item(s) must be reported with in 48 hours of delivery. (ATTENTION: if this process is not followed, we will not issue you a refund/and or store credit). Please submit a photo & detailed message under Contact Us for an explanation of your return.
  • All return packages must include the original shipping package to guarantee processing your return. 
  • Return drop-offs are not allowed.

    Additional Notes: Your return package may take several days to arrive back to us depending on your selection choice for delivery method & carrier. Please keep receipt of postage for proof, and include tracking number when return shipping; we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in route. Pretty Girlz Roc will not issue a refund without proof of your shipping receipt for delivery. Pretty Girlz Roc will issue your refund once your return is fully processed.

    Helpful Notes: We suggest that you use USPS flat rate shipping for satisfaction if your are returning by mail. 

    Mail Returns:

    Use the Contact Us tab to submit a detailed message regarding your return; be sure to include your correct order number. There may be a delay with your return if any information is incorrect and/or detailed message is not thorough. 

    Thoughtful Note: For instance if the order and/or item number is incorrect in your detailed message Pretty Girlz Roc will not be able to process your return. If more than one item is being returned in the same package then a separate individual detailed message needs to be submitted for each returned item.

    Please make sure that your item(s) are packed secure in the initial package(s) that your item(s) were delivered in. All return item(s) must be in their original condition, accessories, packaging, paperwork. All item(s) must be free of deodorant, fragrances, make-up, and stains. All item(s) must be unaltered, unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached. Pretty Girlz Roc reserves the right to add 35% fee for re-stocking if ANY of your items being returned are Final Sale items, still in resalable condition according to our guidelines, and meet the criteria of our Returns Policy.

    Again, Pretty Girlz Roc will not provide prepaid return labels; covering the shipping fee for your return will be your responsibility, and must be prepaid. COD deliveries are not allowed and will be declined. It is suggested that you use USPS flat rate shipping with insurance and a tracking number for protection & satisfaction if your are returning by mail. Please keep receipt of postage for proof; we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in route.


    Returns for Purchase(s) Made In Person(s):

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return and/or exchange an item(s) for a refund you have within 30 days of when your order was purchased to do so. Please submit a detailed message regarding your return item(s) via Contact Us. All standards of Pretty Girlz Roc general Returns Policy applies to In Person(s) Purchases. All Final Sale item(s) ending in $.00 & .99, Bodysuits, Intimate Apparel, Swimwear, and some Active & Fitness wear considered undergarments are non-refundable and non-returnable. All return item(s) must be in their original condition, accessories, packaging, paperwork. All item(s) must be free of deodorant, fragrances, make-up, and stains. All item(s) must be unaltered, unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.

    Pretty Girlz Roc will issue you a refund if ALL criteria are met. Refunds issued in Person(s) must be used In Person for re-purchase and cannot be transferred to our online store even if the initial purchase was made online.

    Refused & Return to Sender Packages:

    This can occur if A) an address and/or information is missing or invalid B) your package is unable to be delivered by the carrier C) at the time of delivery the package is refused by the customer. These packages will be restocked and a refund minus the delivery fee will be issued. Pretty Girlz Roc will not replace nor reship with these two occurrences. Please keep in mind that it is not definite that the same item(s) will be in stock if you choose to re-order.

    Attention: Pretty Girlz Roc is unable to change orders placed on the online store. Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly in our system and includes all relevant information. The use of the correct abbreviations, addresses, building & apartment letter(s) and/or number(s), street numbers, and transit information (if needed) are necessary to guaranteeing delivery. Pretty Girlz Roc will not be responsible for incorrect, lost and/or misplaced shipments if address information given is invalid at the time of purchase.

    Exchanges:

    Because Pretty Girlz Roc is NOT capable to execute exchanges by mail, it is not definite that our customer's preferred brand, design, size, and/or style will be available by the time their return item(s) are sent back. However, Pretty Girlz Roc allows it's customer to return item(s) according to our general Returns Policy; redeem refund(s), and re-purchase item(s) in their preferred brand, design, size, and style per availability.

    In addition to, Pretty Girlz Roc this does NOT partake in exchanges for purchases made In Person(s) because it is not definite that the item(s) purchased will be available in your preferred brand, design, size, and style. However, Pretty Girlz Roc allows it's customer to return item(s) In Person according to our general Returns Policy; redeem refund(s), and re-purchase item(s) in their preferred brand, design, size, and style per availability.

    Rights Reserved Pertaining to Returns:

    Pretty Girlz Roc has the right to simply determine, restrict, decline and/or refuse returns from consumers at anytime due to:

  • Wardrobing, meaning having an excessive and/or irregular return history.
  • An excessive and/or irregular return history including altered, damaged, laundered, and/or items that are lost & missing.
  • Possible criminal and/or fraudulent history.

    Likewise, Pretty Girlz Roc has the right to decline both In Person(s) & Online service to any consumer and/or organization, regarding related activity as mentioned above.

    Item(s) that are not products of Pretty Girlz Roc, but shipped to Us will be thrown away upon delivery.

    Excessive/Irregular Returns & Wardrobing:

    Consumer Security handles circumstances in which a frequent returning customers history appears and/or suggest dishonest actions such as wardrobing. In these cases Consumer Security will contact you to consider the circumstances and work with you to either sort out the matter or decide if it is a necessity to decline service to you in the future. Pretty Girlz Roc not in any circumstances would like to refuse a customer from an awesome PGR fashion experience. However, it is Pretty Girlz Roc requirement to secure enjoyment, happiness, and protection for our customers world-wide.

    Items that are Final Sale:

    All sales are FINAL for products with ending prices of $.00 & .99, and cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged. Accessories, beauty products, cosmetics, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments,Halloween costumes, and some Active & Fitness wear (please check before ordering) are ALL Final Sale and are non-returnable & non-refundable.

    Attention: If you decide to return a Final Sale item(s); Pretty Girlz Roc reserves the right to add 35% fee for re-stocking your returned Final Sale item(s). However, Pretty Girlz Roc allows you to return your item(s) according to our general Returns Policy as long as the item(s) are sent back in good condition for re-sale and according to our general Returns Policy.

    Returns Shoe Policy:

    Pretty Girlz Roc allows shoes to be returned up to 30 days after delivery of your package as long as the shoes haven't been worn, no visible signs of wear & tear, and are returned in the same package they were delivered in. Please submit a detailed message under Contact Us for an explanation of your return once you have shipped your return.

    Attention: The return of shoes purchased In Person(s) and/or Online is still a subject of matter to all standards of the general Returns Policy and plan(s) of actions.

    Damaged items:

    If your delivery includes an item(s) that are damaged, please take a clear photo and email the photo with your order number and a detailed description of the item(s) under Contact Us within 48 hours of your delivery. You will be contacted based upon a decision once Pretty Girlz Roc receives your email and evaluate the damage.

    Defected, Incorrect, and/or Missing Items:

    Please do a complete check of your delivered item(s) after delivery. If any of your item(s) appear defective, incorrect, and/or you feel that any item(s) are missing, please go to Contact Us within 48 hours of your delivery and submit a clear photo and detailed description regarding issue. Also, please be sure to include your order number to guarantee a prompt response back.

    Refunds

    Refund(s) for your returned item(s) are processed and issued once your returned package is received, returned item(s) inspected & approved, and the return has been processed. Please allow up to 6-8 business days from the day your package was received to process your return. Your refund will include the purchase price, tax (if applicable), and an e-mail.

    Attention/Reminder: 

    Pretty Girlz Roc does not refund initial shipping fees. If you decide to return a Final Sale item(s); Pretty Girlz Roc reserves the right to add 35% fee for re-stocking your returned Final Sale item(s) as long as the item(s) are sent back in good condition for re-sale and according to our general Returns Policy. Please note that item(s) that weren't on Final Sale at the time of your purchase may be on Final Sale at the time of your return.
