To guarantee that your package is delivered properly and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that the delivery address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviation(s), building or apartment number(s)/letter(s), street number(s), and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
PROCESSING & ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days (exclude Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays for processing).
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All deliveries usually take about 11–15 business days. US and Canadian orders are shipped by e-packet, which is the quickest method. However, please allow up to 30 business days for delivery due to the Holidays. WE ADVISE YOU NOT TO ORDER IF THESE ESTIMATED TIMES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
